Role Description As a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales life-cycle of Midmarket/Enterprise accounts within Texas and Oklahoma. You will proactively build client relationships while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives. The Role We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build new and maintain existing products in GoGuardian’s Safety product suite . In this role, you’ll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from conception, research, definition, scoping, planning, implementation, and testing, to documentation, delivery and maintenance. This position sits on the Admin Team, GoGuardian Admin delivers a single, unified interface for setting filtering policies and reporting across ChromeOS, Windows, and macOS devices. Powerful DNS-protection helps schools comply with CIPA across BYOD, guest networks, and unmanaged devices, all managed from the same dashboard. The ideal candidate is curious, able to manage risk, and driven to deliver quality software. Role Description This is a high-volume, transactional renewal role supporting our Foundation Customer Success team. You will own sub-$2,500 renewal ARR accounts in your assigned region, executing renewals end-to-end using an established playbook and freeing Foundation CSMs to focus on growth and retention of larger accounts. This is an ideal role for a former SaaS inside sales rep or CSM who thrives on throughput, clean process execution, and measurable outcomes in a defined timeframe. This is a temporary, program-based role spanning June 1 through October 31, 2026, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and performance. Role Description We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and people-friendly Help Desk Specialist III to support our fast-paced, Mac-centric environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience supporting Apple hardware, managing macOS devices with Jamf, and assisting technical teams including software engineers and QA staff. This person must have excellent troubleshooting skills, a service-first attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams. This role requires working aligned to early Pacific Time business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT). The Role The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of active customer accounts, providing best-in-class support and customer success management. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers are achieving maximum value from our solutions, ultimately driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sells. Working closely with New Business Managers, you’ll collaborate on Strategic Growth Plans, guide new customers through onboarding, and proactively monitor customer health to mitigate churn risks. Take proactive steps to maintain and improve customer health, providing personalized support as needed. - Act as a Strategic Customer Advocate: Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer goals and acting as their advocate within GoGuardian. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer needs, providing feedback to Product and other departments to continuously improve the customer experience. - Maintain a High-Accuracy Sales Pipeline: Manage your pipeline within Salesforce, maintaining high accuracy in opportunity forecasting and reporting. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding a renewal, expansion, and cross-sell quota on a quarterly, and annual basis. - Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Aim to provide a delightful experience in every interaction by being responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, continuously working to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Support Strategic Initiatives and Internal Collaboration: Work closely with New Business Managers to develop and execute Strategic Growth Plans for your designated region.
