Role Description As a CRM Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility is to design scalable, innovative solutions for clients, leveraging HubSpot CRM as a central component within a broader front-office ecosystem. This involves tasks such as integrating systems, architecting data flows, and creating adaptable solutions that align with clients’ existing technology stacks and business processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting, to deliver high-impact projects. This includes: - Understanding client requirements and designing effective solutions using the HubSpot platform. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of projects. - Creating comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and data models. - Leading complex technology configuration projects and mentoring junior team members. - Conducting technology audits and providing recommendations for improvement. - Defining success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions. - Staying up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicating changes internally and to clients. - Assisting with data migration projects and conducting quality assurance testing. - Driving team certifications and providing technology training to internal staff. Qualifications - Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles. - Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering). - Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation and training). - Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc). - Sound knowledge of big data. - Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built. - Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills. • Lead and coordinate technical, architectural, and business discussions with customers to define and validate GridOS solution architectures • Translate customer objectives into cloud-ready, modular, and secure architectural designs aligned to the GridOS platform strategy • Analyze and develop architectural requirements at the domain and platform level, working closely with portfolio and product specialists • Whiteboard and communicate high-level solution architectures that reflect the practical realities of enterprise utility software, including secure network zones, multi-site deployments, data-flow directionality, and data-access protocols ranging from modern APIs to legacy mechanisms such as FTP for file-based exchanges • Partner with the centralized pre-sales engagement team to design, maintain, and optimize on-prem and cloud-based demo environments • Apply systems engineering principles to ensure end-to-end integration, quality, and lifecycle management of GridOS deployments • Guide customers through modernization initiatives, integrations with legacy OT/IT systems, and adoption of cloud-native practices
