• Consulting and supporting clients in the areas of Business Intelligence, corporate planning and group consolidation • Analyzing business requirements together with Finance, Controlling and Group Accounting • Developing concepts and solution architectures based on IBM Planning Analytics TM1 • Translating business requirements into technical solutions and system designs • Modeling and implementing OLAP solutions, reports, dashboards and planning systems • Developing and optimizing data integrations from ERP, finance and upstream systems • Supporting client projects from concept through to go-live • Conducting workshops, user trainings and presentations at client sites • Providing long-term support and further development of existing client solutions • Supporting presales activities, solution proposals and client presentations
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Controlling or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, financial planning and group consolidation
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting as well as reporting and controlling processes
- Practical experience in analyzing and optimizing finance and controlling processes
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with clients and business units
- Analytical and structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility
- Interest in data-driven solutions and an understanding of BI and planning systems
- Fluent German for optimal client consulting and team communication
- Occasional willingness to travel for client meetings and workshops (approx. once per month)
- Nice to have: Experience with IBM Planning Analytics TM1
