• Advise our clients' employees on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement provision, and personal finances • Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) and ensure an excellent customer experience • Handle customer inquiries independently — from consultation through implementation • Explain complex topics clearly and in a way tailored to the target audience • Actively contribute to the development of our services and processes
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
- Career changers with strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
- Enjoy working with people and performing advisory tasks
- Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- Excellent German language skills
- Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
