• Own the cost planning process for the West region structure (Brazil, Mexico, and LASW) • Manage actual cost tracking and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial reports • Develop and maintain cost forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities • Lead the annual cost planning process for the fiscal year, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Monitor and control organizational over/under performance, providing insights and corrective actions • Define and manage shared pool allocation rates across countries • Oversee and control country-level expenses, ensuring financial discipline and efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cost controlling, or related finance roles
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of cost structures, variance analysis, and financial performance management
- Experience working with multi-country or regional financial operations is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
