Role Description At HERO Software, we build SaaS solutions that help tradespeople simplify their daily work. As part of our growth strategy, we are currently focused on expanding HERO into the Dutch market and actively experimenting with the use of AI to work smarter and faster. To support this journey, we are looking for a motivated Dutch speaking Working Student to support our Netherlands market expansion. In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations in the Dutch market and gain hands-on experience in SaaS growth, go-to-market execution, and practical AI use cases. Your Mission: - Support the HERO team in successfully launching and scaling HERO in the Dutch market. - Help apply AI tools in day-to-day market expansion work. - Prepare demo accounts for Dutch leads to showcase HERO in the best possible way. - Support the Netherlands team with project management and operational tasks. - Collect customer feedback via video calls and help structure and summarise insights. - Use and experiment with AI tools to support research, documentation, analysis, and process optimisation. Qualifications - Fluent in Dutch and English. - Enrolled student looking for a working student position. - Available for a period of at least six months. - Proactive, hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership. - First-hand experience and curiosity in using AI tools. - Interest in SaaS, go-to-market execution, and new technologies. - Experience with SaaS, sales support, or market entry projects is a plus, but not required.
