Responsibilities - Responsible for multiple product solutions, including VITROS chemistry assays and products sourced from external partners, including the MicroTip Partnership Assay (MPA) Program of open-channel assay testing. - Builds business projections based on product portfolio roadmap, market assumptions, and product performance expectations. - Identifies opportunities for incremental growth and partners with global and regional marketing for execution, tracks KPIs, and shares insights. - Manages product quality, supply, and lifecycle prioritization by driving cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality and Regulatory, and Supply Chain to shape the evolution of the product portfolio. - Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
