Role Description We are seeking a Business Services Specialist to serve as a key member of our Business Services department, providing phone and email-based support for skilled nursing facilities. You will be the foundation of our customer service operations, supporting functional areas including Accounts Payable, Authorizations, and Billing Teams. This role ensures timely, accurate responses to internal and external partner inquiries, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and standards.
