Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

• Lead the execution of complex Finance transformation programs from strategy through implementation. • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and measurable business outcomes. • Partner with Finance leadership to prioritize initiatives and maximize business value. • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive successful execution across multiple workstreams. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation priorities and continuously improve delivery. • Design and implement future-state Finance operating and service delivery models. • Assess current Finance processes and organizational capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement. • Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across end-to-end Finance processes. • Leverage data and industry best practices to inform transformation decisions and future-state design. • Manage multiple transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance activities. • Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives. • Prepare executive dashboards, status updates, and steering committee materials that support informed decision-making. • Ensure projects comply with governance, controls, and enterprise standards while delivering measurable business value. • Develop and execute change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes and technologies. • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and communication planning. • Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Create communications, training materials, and adoption plans that help teams embrace new ways of working. • Reinforce sustainable change through ongoing support, coaching, and continuous improvement. • Coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. • Promote best practices in Finance transformation, program management, and organizational change.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading Finance transformation, business transformation, or management consulting initiatives.
- Experience delivering large-scale, global transformation programs across multiple business functions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success implementing Finance operating model, process, or organizational transformation.
- Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and successfully implement new ways of working.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skill.
- Deep understanding of Finance operations and end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Experience leading ERP implementations, automation, AI, analytics, or digital Finance transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and delivery.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- High digital literacy, including Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools.
