• Lead the execution of complex Finance transformation programs from strategy through implementation. • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and measurable business outcomes. • Partner with Finance leadership to prioritize initiatives and maximize business value. • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive successful execution across multiple workstreams. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation priorities and continuously improve delivery. • Design and implement future-state Finance operating and service delivery models. • Assess current Finance processes and organizational capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement. • Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across end-to-end Finance processes. • Leverage data and industry best practices to inform transformation decisions and future-state design. • Manage multiple transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance activities. • Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives. • Prepare executive dashboards, status updates, and steering committee materials that support informed decision-making. • Ensure projects comply with governance, controls, and enterprise standards while delivering measurable business value. • Develop and execute change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes and technologies. • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and communication planning. • Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Create communications, training materials, and adoption plans that help teams embrace new ways of working. • Reinforce sustainable change through ongoing support, coaching, and continuous improvement. • Coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. • Promote best practices in Finance transformation, program management, and organizational change.
• Contribute to ongoing assessments of our games portfolio across IP, genres, business models, and risk levels, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification • Conduct analyses on the gaming market, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and technological trends to support senior leaders in shaping the future of gaming • Build and maintain portfolio models across multiple iterations, ensuring our games portfolio is tracking toward its investment goals while balancing risk and return • Support senior strategists and executives with data and analysis that inform decisions about current portfolio performance versus future opportunities • Take ownership of discrete strategic workstreams and projects on high-impact topics, executing them with guidance from senior team members • Collaborate with studio and production teams to evaluate the portfolio fit and economic potential of game development plans
• Work closely with product feature teams to understand their roadmap and translate initiative goals into data KPIs, targets, and measurement plans. • Extract and integrate data from various sources to support analytical efforts, coordinating with data product, engineering, data science, and other analytics teams as needed. • Lead A/B test experiments, validate test data, monitor progress, perform post-test analysis, and provide recommendations for feature release decisions, collaborating with the experimentation platform team as necessary. • Convert business questions into data analytics tasks, conduct thorough analyses to segment and explore data, identify key drivers, and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions. • Collaborate with data scientists on research and innovation, applying standardized processes and enhancing analytics methodologies as they become available. Contribute to the development and use of digital tools, reporting visualization, and analytical storytelling. • Work with the reporting team to define and create automated and self-serve dashboards, providing relevant information efficiently to optimize business operations and track key initiatives.

• Lead marketing for game titles • Set overall marketing strategy for entire lifecycle of products – from greenlight to launch campaign to post-launch marketing plans and operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, across SIE and Sony, to deliver best-in-class marketing campaign tactics • Work closely with consumer insights, analytics and community management teams to assess player needs/behaviors to better define product strategy and pivot ongoing marketing tactics • Drive holistic franchise management, marketing revenue opportunities outside of game launches • Manage annual title marketing budgets • Partner with studio leadership to deliver on overall business goals for each game

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative Services Digital Asset Management (DAM) system • Focus on asset ingest, metadata tagging, and maintaining content organization standards • Ensure assets are accurate, searchable, and aligned with governance policies • Execute core DAM workflows, including uploading assets and applying metadata • Provide operational and administrative support to maintain system health and usability • Assist with daily DAM operations and system upkeep
