• Work with the sales, product, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to generate and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Banking & Financial Services industry • Actively partner with the sales organization to win key global accounts and secure Lighthouse customers among top-tier global banks • Develop and implement product positioning, messaging, and strategies to pursue aggressive growth goals across Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and related BFSI sub-verticals • Act as executive sponsor on high-priority, in-flight deals — refining narratives and overcoming late-stage procurement and security audit hurdles • Define and own the "Win-Against" competitive strategy to displace incumbents by demonstrating superior ROI in fraud detection, call deflection, and digital experience • Develop repeatable BFSI sales playbooks and enablement materials that increase sales velocity and are adopted broadly across the revenue organization • Work closely with Product to ensure QM's Agentic AI solutions meet the rigorous security, compliance, and regulatory standards of the financial services industry • Establish QM as a top-tier recognized solution in the BFSI space through analyst engagement (Gartner, Forrester), keynote participation, and industry roundtables • Develop thought leadership content including practitioner articles, joint publications, podcasts, and conference presentations • Leverage an executive network to facilitate introductions to C-Suite stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, and heads of Risk and Digital
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry, ideally with a background as a digital or technology leader at a major financial institution
- Preferred: SaaS or B2B technology experience with a focus on creating, analyzing, and optimizing digital experiences for consumers
- Deep familiarity with navigating bank procurement processes, security audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex digital signals into tangible Risk, Fraud, and Revenue outcomes that resonate with financial services executives
- A strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes and demonstrated ability to influence deals without direct ownership
- A clear point of view on how to win in the BFSI space, including an understanding of the roles and decision-making dynamics around digital experience investment
- Demonstrated ability to persuasively communicate complex concepts at the highest levels of an organization
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams — Product, Marketing, and Sales — without direct reporting lines
