• Lead monthly close process (record necessary Journal Entries, Accruals, etc.) • Work with business partners to ensure month-end financials are within expectations • Build/Consolidate monthly reporting files for freight, warehousing, headcount, scrap, savings, and all other major SC KPI's • Review actual monthly performance against budgets and provide variance commentary • Support budget and forecasting cycle and analysis (AOP, 3+9, 6+6, 9+3) • Serve as primary finance partner to the US Supply Chain Team • Support Global Supply Chain team as needed to standardize reporting • Enhance existing reporting tools and models to streamline reporting cycles • Complete FP&A and Global Ops Finance requests • Assist with process/continuous improvement initiatives

• Support the Director of Finance in overseeing the organization's global accounting operations. • Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and manage global payroll operations. • Oversee client invoicing processes and handle day-to-day accounting activities. • Play a critical role in maintaining compliance, optimizing financial processes, improving internal accounting procedures, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. • Partner with the Director of Finance to oversee global accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. • Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. • Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business and executive decision-making. • Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions. • Manage and optimize payroll platforms, including Bitwage, Wise, Deel, and Payoneer. • Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and applicable labor laws. • Oversee end-to-end client invoicing, revenue tracking, collections, and revenue recognition processes. • Develop and enhance scalable billing and revenue processes aligned with business growth. • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment between contracts, CRM data, invoicing, and revenue reporting. • Monitor cash flow related to payroll, vendor payments, and receivables to support financial stability. • Evaluate and optimize financial systems, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and support organizational growth. • Provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to support leadership and key business initiatives.

• Prepare strategic pricing proposals for national, regional, and multinational new business tenders • Support new business development efforts, including building and editing financial pricing models for prospective clients • Support existing client retention and expansion efforts, including upholding pricing policies and procedures to ensure financial proposals are accurate, profitable, and designed in conjunction with overall company objectives • Provide financial review and profitability analysis for distribution to senior executives • Calculate and track sales quota and commission plan performance for sales team • Align across functional units to create winning pricing strategies and proposals • Develop creative and cost effective plans to meet client objectives
