Role Description The Senior Specialist, Tax is responsible for independently executing complex tax compliance, provision, and advisory activities across the organization. This role applies deep technical knowledge to ensure accurate filings, strong documentation, and effective application of tax policies across multiple jurisdictions. The Senior Specialist supports business transactions, evaluates tax implications of complex activities, and serves as a key technical resource within the tax function, operating with minimal supervision and exercising sound professional judgment. Qualifications - Strong technical knowledge of corporate, indirect, international and property tax. - Experience within the Data Center, real estate or infrastructure industries an advantage. - Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP) and tax provisions. - High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tax matters independently. - Experience working in global environments. - Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills. - Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical tax matters clearly. - Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance / accounting or related field preferred. - Registered with a professional body as Tax Practitioner. - 6–10 years of progressive experience in corporate tax, international tax, sales and use tax, property tax. - Experience with tax compliance, provisions, audits, and advisory work in multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction environments. - Demonstrated ability to handle complex tax matters with limited supervision. - Proficiency with tax and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneSource, Vertex, Avalara) and advanced Excel skills.
