Role Description The Senior Data Governance Manager is a strategic leader within Catalight’s Enterprise Data & Analytics organization, responsible for establishing, operationalizing, and maturing enterprise-wide data governance capabilities across the organization’s healthcare, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, this role serves as the primary authority for data governance, data stewardship, metadata management, data quality, and regulatory compliance related to HIPAA, PII, and PHI. - Establish, lead, and continuously mature Catalight’s enterprise data governance program, policies, standards, and operating model. - Define governance frameworks for data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, access management, retention, and lifecycle management. - Develop governance roadmaps and maturity strategies aligned with Catalight’s analytics, AI/ML, and data democratization objectives. - Establish governance councils, stewardship programs, and cross-functional governance processes across business and technical teams. - Define and maintain enterprise standards for governed data usage across analytics and AI/ML workloads.
