ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Manager, Program’s primary responsibility is to implement high-quality programmatic services, lead complex project work, and support school and district leaders in improving educator practice and student learning. Teaching Lab will generally cap salaries for new employees at 105% of the midpoint of the full salary range ($119,381) to allow for continued growth in the role over time. Role Description This Scope of Work defines the specific outputs and deliverables the Consultant/Contractor is engaged to produce.
