Technical Sales Manager

• Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically planning territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth. • Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong business insight, and the ability to influence, organize, and build demand, relationships, and winning strategies. • Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building, training, support, and end-user engagement. • Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications. • Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and address customer needs. • Maintain accurate CRM records with daily updates and manage the sales funnel through consistent prospect follow-up. • Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions. • Work remotely from a home office while traveling to customer sites within CEE (approx. 50-60%). • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Fluke’s equipment, software, and services.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the industrial tools industry, selling technical solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, an electrotechnical discipline or equivalent technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic goals
  • Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
