Project Specialist

• Track and report on integration deliverables, milestone completion, and business case KPIs across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions • Maintain integration workstream trackers, risk logs, and issue registers • Document meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs • Monitor progress against Day 1, Day 100, and Year 1 integration milestones • Support financial performance tracking by maintaining visibility into synergy realization, revenue targets, and cost commitments from pre-close business cases • Proactively escalate risks to integration timelines, financial targets, or stakeholder commitments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and / or military experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in project coordination or program management within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, ideally spanning more than one department or business unit simultaneously.
  • Strong command of Microsoft O365, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High organizational discipline
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
