Job Description

Head of Long-term, Subscription

SIXT

• Own the full P&L and commercial strategy for both SIXT+ and Classic Long-Term Rentals • Define and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy covering pricing, acquisition, retention, segmentation, and revenue expansion • Lead the transformation of SIXT+ and Classic Long-Term into a scalable, standalone division • Steer cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Product • Serve as the primary US interface for global SIXT+ and Long-Term product teams • Lead expansion decisions across geography, channel mix, and B2B/corporate fleet • Develop business cases for fleet planning, capital allocation, technology investment, and headcount • Represent the business internally and externally, building brand presence, credibility, and market reach

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership, including 3 to 5+ years at Director or VP level with full P&L ownership in a subscription, long-term mobility, or recurring-revenue business operating in the US
  • Proven track record scaling subscription or long-term mobility businesses
  • Highly fluent in P&L management, unit economics, and building data-driven business cases
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience in matrixed organizations, driving commercial outcomes through influence rather than authority
  • Strong background in business transformation, managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the presence to influence at every level, including C-suite and Board
