• Provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. • Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. • Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars. • Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience. • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Role Description The purpose of this job is to provide home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services to assigned infants and toddlers and their families. The Early Intervention program is provided on a regional basis across the state of North Dakota. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Early Education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Registered Nursing, Social Work, Special Education, or Speech Therapy - Program emphasis on early childhood special needs training or practicum - Active North Dakota licensure in individual discipline or area of study - Valid North Dakota driver’s license - Local travel required Requirements - Master’s degree or Doctorate is preferred - Prior experience in Early Intervention programming - Prior experience in special education, early childhood development or developmental disabilities - This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
