• Provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. • Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. • Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars. • Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience. • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
Job Requirements
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
- Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in AV integration, construction project management, channel partnerships, or contractor relationship management. - Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project lifecycles. - Experience working with: - Corporate AV systems - Unified communications platforms - Digital signage - Broadcast/media systems - Structured cabling infrastructure - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with commercial AV integrators. - Familiarity with design-build and bid-spec construction environments. - Knowledge of: - AVIXA standards - CTS certification (preferred) - Construction scheduling software - CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Existing relationships with regional or national general contractors.
