Job Requirements
- Strategic Advisory & Executive Presence – Ability to influence senior leadership, provide business insights, and act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Medical executives.
- Healthcare Domain Expertise – Understanding of healthcare business operations, including medical affairs, commercial operations, reimbursement, market access, contracting, and provider/payer ecosystems.
- Commercial & Sales Operations Experience – Strong experience supporting sales strategy, forecasting, territory planning, incentive compensation, CRM analytics, and business performance management.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Agile Problem Solver – Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying business challenges, and developing practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description The General Contractor Partner Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with general contractors, construction firms, developers, and project stakeholders to drive successful installation and integration of audiovisual (AV), media, and technology solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between the AV company and construction partners. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Communications Technology, or related field preferred. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in AV integration, construction project management, channel partnerships, or contractor relationship management. - Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project lifecycles. - Experience working with: - Corporate AV systems - Unified communications platforms - Digital signage - Broadcast/media systems - Structured cabling infrastructure - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with commercial AV integrators. - Familiarity with design-build and bid-spec construction environments. - Knowledge of: - AVIXA standards - CTS certification (preferred) - Construction scheduling software - CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Existing relationships with regional or national general contractors. Role Description The purpose of this job is to provide home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services to assigned infants and toddlers and their families. The Early Intervention program is provided on a regional basis across the state of North Dakota.
