• Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations. • Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis. • Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs. • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps. • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle. • Design and implement: o Lead Management o Opportunity Management o Account & Contact Management o Sales Forecasting o Sales Pipeline Management o Territory Management o Quote-to-Order Processes o Sales Insights and AI-Driven Selling • Design customer engagement strategies utilizing: o Customer Segmentation o Customer Journeys o Email Marketing o Campaign Management o Event Management o Lead Nurturing o Marketing Automation o Customer Insights and Analytics • Architect solutions for: o Case Management o Omnichannel Engagement o Knowledge Management o SLA Management o Customer Self-Service Portals o Customer Service Copilot o Contact Center and Agent Productivity • Drive adoption of: o Power Apps o Power Automate o Dataverse o Power BI o Copilot Studio o AI Builder • Design low-code solutions extending D365 CRM capabilities. • Define integration patterns with ERP, Finance, HR, eCommerce, and third-party applications. • Design integrations using: o Azure Integration Services o Logic Apps o Service Bus o APIs o Dataverse • Develop data migration and master data management strategies.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP DRC for statutory reporting across multiple countries • Translate business-defined country requirements into S/4HANA-based reporting solutions • Configure and deliver regulatory reporting (build, generate, submit) in mandated formats • Design and implement multi-country statutory reporting frameworks • Customize and enhance government statutory forms and regulatory templates • Develop custom/generic reports for unsupported countries and extend DRC capabilities • Ensure timely compliance, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness • Lead testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and stabilization support • Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT stakeholders to align global and local requirements.

• Provide consulting services for SAP SD – AFS / FMS OTC modules • Engage in backorder processing and allocation runs • Process IDocs and manage ATP tasks • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement S/4HANA Fashion processes

• Conduct QA Automation roles • Utilize Java automation • Employ Selenium or Playwright • Leverage REST Assured • Implement XPath expertise • Develop Jenkins pipeline • Build automation frameworks from scratch

• Experience in SAP technical architecture and integration development • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, Cloud Platform Integration) • Strong experience with SAP modules (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP) • Designing and implementing complex integration solutions in enterprise environments • Working with APIs, Web Services (REST, SOAP), OData, and middleware platforms • Understanding SAP data structures, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs • Leading integration projects from design through implementation.
