Hims & Hers Health, Inc.
• Evaluate, prepare, and finalize both incoming and outgoing production and creative contracts, encompassing SAG-AFTRA agreements, talent and performer deals, crew engagements, production services arrangements, and content licensing agreements • Evaluate, prepare, and finalize music rights for advertising campaigns, including synchronization licenses, master use authorizations, publishing arrangements, and bespoke composition deals with music production houses and independent composers • Structure and execute contracts with ad agencies, production houses, directors, photographers, and post-production suppliers for commercial campaigns, including creative agency master service agreements, production house deals, influencer and brand partnership arrangements • Serve as an embedded business affairs and legal resource for Creative and Production teams — counseling on transaction architecture, SAG-AFTRA signatory requirements, broadcast clearance standards, and AI considerations including generative AI utilization, AI-generated content ownership, and vendor AI provisions • Facilitate rights acquisition and clearance processes for commercial productions, covering talent likeness and image permissions and third-party intellectual property clearances • Build and maintain scalable production workflows, deal memo templates, and contract management processes for Hims & Hers' commercial and marketing production operation, including SAG-AFTRA signatory compliance and AI vendor terms.
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Current bar admission in a minimum of one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years of legal practice at a law firm and/or in-house setting, with a minimum of 4+ years dedicated to commercial advertising production, performer contracting, or media/entertainment business affairs
- Proven track record preparing and executing commercial advertising contracts, including SAG-AFTRA commercials agreements, on-camera and voice-over performer deals, music rights agreements, deal memos, production house contracts, and performer usage and exclusivity arrangements
- Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guild rules, signatory responsibilities, and low-budget/new media contract frameworks
- Experience drafting and negotiating IP licensing and content clearance agreements
- Exposure to AI-related legal considerations in creative or marketing settings, including generative AI usage policies, ownership of AI-generated content, and drafting AI-related terms in vendor and platform contracts
- Capacity to pivot rapidly in a high-velocity, ever-changing environment with competing demands
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver practical, commercially grounded guidance to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of weighing legal exposure against business goals

Role Description This is a full-time union contract position scheduled to work 35 hours per week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. - Provides initial intake and needs assessments for chronically homeless and newly arrived families/individuals. - Provides supportive counselling, crisis intervention, and initial settlement services as well as follow-up services in special needs cases. - Works one-on-one with clients to develop a case plan and connect them to supports and services in the community. - Provides information and referral for income, employment, and health settlement services. - Delivers orientation sessions on hostel rules and settlement-related topics. - Advocates and case consults with other social service organizations and service providers. - Provides crisis intervention and counselling, e.g., in cases of conflict. - Documents services and activities in COSTI’s database system and prepares necessary reports. - Refers clients to community and social service agencies for additional settlement services support. Qualifications - Social Services Worker diploma or equivalent with relevant practicum experience. - Minimum of twelve (12) months experience providing initial settlement, case management, and counselling for newcomers. - Identifying settlement needs through initial assessments and basic mental health assessments. - Referrals to programs and education within COSTI and other social service organizations, such as language training, income support, health supports, etc. - Emotional supportive counselling. - Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. - Preference will be given to those who speak Arabic, Spanish, Tigrinya, Amharic. - Demonstrated experience providing services in the following areas: wife and child abuse, resettlement, and victims of torture, war, and displacement. - Ability to provide case management support to 50-100 clients. - Previous case management experience. - Knowledge of specific issues facing the homeless population and refugees in general. - Ability to negotiate and advocate with mainstream society and able to intervene during crisis. - Demonstrated experience in data-entry, documentation, and reporting. - Knowledge of the Internet, Email, and Windows software e.g., Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills. - Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR training certificate. - Possession of a valid Naloxone training certificate. - Must have a valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS).
