Role Description As an Account Executive, you will drive growth by forging new client partnerships and guiding them towards achieving their business objectives through our innovative technology solutions. We will count on you to have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering client-centric experiences that elevate our Enterprise & Corporate organization to new heights. Along the way, you will get to: - Successfully complete the Field Sales Academy program within the first 12 months. - Achieve annual sales quota by building relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs, identifying and opening new accounts based on geographic, strategic pipeline, and annual competitive opportunity analyses. - Master the various sales tools provided to you for successful sales execution (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, internal quoting systems, etc.) to maintain a healthy solutions pipeline, achieve bookings quota, and manage client feedback. - Rotate throughout the various functions (Marketing, Finance, Sales Support & Delivery, etc.) within Insight to understand the business cycles & motions. - Develop a deep understanding of the various customer sectors we serve to develop subject matter expertise of a specific Insight-focus industry vertical (Healthcare, Government, etc.). This role is instrumental in expanding Shiji’s market presence and scaling a market-leading technology ecosystem throughout North America. As a high-energy hunter, you will drive new business sales within an assigned territory, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This is a remote, field-based sales role requiring frequent in-market activity, including in-person hotel visits, customer meetings, industry events, and networking. Candidates must reside within reasonable driving distance of a major metropolitan area within the assigned territory.
