• Work on developing product-aligned solutions based on priorities defined with the team, and support maintenance of applications in production; • Develop and maintain back-end applications using Python and/or Go, and contribute to front-end work in Angular when necessary; • Collaborate in building scalable and secure systems on AWS, following architecture best practices; • Support technical decisions and architectural evolutions, with guidance from more senior professionals; • Ensure delivery quality through development best practices, code reviews, and testing; • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and the product evolution process, proposing continuous improvements.

• Lead the complete development lifecycle for new features — from design to deployment — ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance across the full stack • Set up, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support application functionality and growth, with automation wherever possible • Ensure service performance aligns with SLA requirements through proactive monitoring and incident response • Lead high-level and component-level architecture discussions, documenting designs, and ensuring alignment with business and technical goals • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Architecture teams to align development with strategic objectives • Mentor junior engineers on development best practices, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tools

• Develop end-to-end full-stack products with back-end using Laravel and/or Node.js and front-end using Angular and/or Vue.js; • Work AI-first on a daily basis, using tools such as Claude and Cursor as part of the development workflow (not just as API consumers, but within the actual build process); • Turn specifications into product, maintaining quality and traceability; • Ensure the quality of your work: write automated tests (unit and integration), validate the product against acceptance criteria, and cover regressions before deployment; • Work in pair programming with other developers, using a structured and versioned approach; • Contribute to the evolution of our development framework and execution standards;

• Apoiar os AI Advocates na implantação e evolução de novas squads híbridas. • Desenvolver e arquitetar soluções para facilitar e acelerar a adoção de squads híbridas no Itaú. • Propor e implementar melhorias em processos e fluxos de trabalho, com visão crítica sobre práticas existentes. • Garantir alinhamento técnico entre os diferentes times, promovendo padrões e boas práticas em squads híbridas. • Promover workshops e disseminação de conhecimento técnico para multiplicar aprendizados e acelerar a maturidade das squads. • Colaborar com as áreas de tecnologia para integração eficiente de ferramentas como Devin, Claude, Copilot, AWS, Hybrid Flow e IuPipes.
