Role Description Esta é uma posição de "Founding Member" dentro de uma das mais novas frentes de crescimento do QuintoAndar. Você será o primeiro profissional dedicado às operações jurídicas de um modelo de negócio inédito, e terá a oportunidade de construir o processo do zero. O Roll-up de Carteiras é o mais recente modelo de crescimento inorgânico do QuintoAndar. A área de Legal Ops é o elo crítico entre a negociação comercial e o fechamento jurídico de cada deal. Sem ela, nenhuma aquisição se concretiza. Você será responsável por garantir que toda a documentação esteja correta, que os contratos sejam assinados dentro do prazo e que os pagamentos sejam executados conforme acordado, usando ferramentas de inteligência artificial para apoiar a análise jurídica. Como a função é inédita na estrutura, você terá autonomia para desenhar os fluxos, criar as rotinas e estabelecer o padrão de operação que vai escalar com o crescimento da área. Responsibilities - Acompanhar e cobrar o envio de documentação pelas imobiliárias, garantindo que todos os documentos necessários estejam completos antes da análise; - Realizar a análise de due diligence jurídica das imobiliárias e de seus contratos, utilizando um agente de inteligência artificial como ferramenta de apoio; - Comunicar internamente e para a imobiliária o resultado da análise jurídica, sinalizando aprovações ou pendências; - Enviar os contratos para assinatura após a aprovação jurídica, acompanhando o processo de ponta a ponta até a conclusão; - Programar e executar a régua de pagamentos de cada negociação fechada, viabilizando e operacionalizando os valores financeiros acordados; - Desenhar e documentar os fluxos operacionais inéditos da área de Legal Ops, contribuindo diretamente para a criação de rotinas escaláveis; - Atuar em sinergia com os times comercial, jurídico e de operações para garantir a fluidez do pipeline de aquisições. Qualifications - Experiência prévia indispensável em operações jurídicas ou backoffice — não é necessário ser advogado ou ter formação em Direito, mas é fundamental ter atuado com processos operacionais e suporte crítico; - Capacidade demonstrada de gerenciar múltiplos deals simultaneamente, mantendo alto rigor com prazos, controles de documentos e follow-ups; - Senioridade e senso de dono para executar as próprias tarefas com independência, proatividade e sem necessidade de microgestão; - Facilidade para transitar em ambientes em construção, lidando com processos que ainda estão sendo desenhados e estruturados; - Excelente habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal para interagir com parceiros externos (imobiliárias) e stakeholders internos de diferentes níveis; - Familiaridade ou total disposição para aprender a operar novas tecnologias e ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas à análise de documentos. Requirements - Experiência anterior em Legal Ops, Closing Ops ou áreas correlatas em fintechs, imobiliárias, fundos de investimento ou empresas com histórico de M&A / Asset Deals; - Vivência profunda com análise de contratos, due diligence ou processos de compra e venda de ativos; - Experiência prévia em startups ou ambientes corporativos de alto crescimento, onde os processos são construídos paralelamente à execução da operação.
