• Lead the Payroll (Departamento Pessoal) and Compensation teams, promoting development, engagement, and high performance. • Ensure excellence in the execution of all Payroll and personnel administration processes, including payroll processing, personnel administration, benefits, labor charges, eSocial, ancillary obligations, timekeeping management, and labor relations. • Ensure compliance with applicable labor, social security and regulatory legislation, acting as a technical reference for the organization. • Develop and monitor strategic area KPIs, transforming data into insights and recommendations to support decision-making. • Design and evolve policies, processes, internal controls and governance practices related to people operations. • Lead continuous improvement, automation and transformation initiatives for People Operations processes. • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on matters related to personnel administration, workforce movements, compensation, productivity and workforce planning. • Conduct compensation studies, job and salary structure design, market research and compensation policy reviews. • Work in partnership with other People & Management areas to strengthen the employee experience and support the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Serve as the technical-functional lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud; • Develop, maintain and optimize journeys and automations (Journey Builder and Automation Studio); • Create and manage advanced segmentations using SQL, ensuring data quality and performance; • Design and maintain relational Data Extensions; • Develop solutions using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Cloud Pages; • Monitor, diagnose and resolve failures in journeys and automations; • Ensure the stability, organization and governance of the CRM environment; • Act as a consultant to Marketing, Growth, Sales, Collections and CX teams, participating in technical prioritization and solution design; • Support architecture evolutions in partnership with the CRM Engineer; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of journeys, communications and departmental processes.

• Develop, implement, monitor, and recalibrate statistical and machine learning models focused on credit granting and profitability. • Participate in credit decision-making processes, including recommending credit limits and payment terms. • Collaborate in drafting, analyzing, reviewing, and updating the company's credit policies, taking into account market best practices and applicable regulations. • Monitor newly implemented policies from both operational and performance perspectives, analyzing short-term indicators of new cohorts. • Conduct regular portfolio analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Work closely with the credit desk, collections, finance, and systems/IT teams to ensure consistency of policies and processes. • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders. • Serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of advanced analyses and models.
• Implement and manage tracking using GTM, GA4 and the Data Layer, ensuring data quality, consistency and persistence (UTMs, events and user journeys); • Design, document and standardize architecture and event taxonomy, and create scripts for data capture and enrichment; • Build integrations between CRM, CDP, advertising platforms and web applications using APIs, webhooks and tools such as n8n, Zapier or similar; • Develop data pipelines and automated workflows with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency; • Use Cursor, LLMs (such as ChatGPT and APIs) and other AI solutions for code generation and review (JS, integrations, scripts), troubleshooting, accelerating deliveries, personalizing journeys, intelligent automations and data enrichment; • Develop and optimize web pages and components (Webflow, custom code or frameworks), applying best practices for loading (lazy loading, async) and continuously improving performance and Core Web Vitals; • Integrate and evolve tools such as GA4, GTM, Branch.io, Amplitude, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Databricks, ensuring best practices, governance, scalability and enabling teams to activate data and journeys; • Work with SQL for data exploration and structuring, supporting modeling, business metrics and attribution and ROI analyses; • Implement A/B tests and experiments, support personalization strategies and continuously optimize funnels and conversion.

• Administer, maintain and evolve the Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules; • Develop and optimize automations using Salesforce Flow; • Build and improve sales funnels, commercial journeys and service workflows; • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and operational and managerial KPIs; • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of digital service channels, including Chatbots, WhatsApp, Omnichannel, Web Chat and Messaging; • Configure queues, routing, distribution and prioritization of service requests; • Work in partnership with business areas to gather requirements and implement improvements; • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization and operational efficiency gains; • Ensure governance, organization and data quality within the CRM; • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions; • Support training and provide user support for the platform, promoting greater adoption and efficient use of Salesforce.
