Partner Sales Executive
Global Payments Inc.
• Drive sales for Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries • You’ll co-sell alongside branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts • Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach,and local networking • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius® helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty • Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications
Job Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services (minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable building relationships and selling both face to face and virtually
- High energy, self-motivated, results driven, with a competitive spirit and a team-oriented mind set
- Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners and earn trust quickly
- Comfortable spending 75% of the time in the field with a valid driver's license
- Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales to join our dynamic team and spearhead the growth of our Enterprise Mobility Services (EMS) across the US Federal Government and Federal System Integrator Community. As a key driver of business expansion and revenue growth, you will play a vital role in empowering our customers directly by cultivating strong relationships and providing the support, training, and resources they need to succeed. You will be instrumental in driving direct sales by providing them with the necessary technical and product expertise, marketing materials, and sales tools. Expanding our reach within the government sector will be a key focus, achieved through identifying, targeting, and acquiring new strategic customers. Finally, you'll contribute to shaping the future of our offerings by staying ahead of industry trends and providing valuable market insights to continuously improve our product offerings and sales strategies. This is a remote position with the preference to be based in Washington DC metro area and business travel up to 50%. Relocation is not provided for this role.
