Reliability Specialist
ANDRITZ
• This position is responsible for executing maintenance assessments, performance studies, and action plans. • Key responsibilities include developing pre-engineering activities, managing startups, shutdowns, and overhauls, as well as reliability engineering, installation, and online monitoring of field instrumentation and process performance. • The role also involves implementing new maintenance and performance tools, supporting instrumentation and automation requirements within maintenance contracts, and collaborating with engineers from the Pulp & Paper divisions and customer teams both inside and outside the Andritz Group. • This role requires excellent reporting and presentation skills.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- CMMS system experience
- Excellent communication skills required
- Pulp and Paper experience preferred
- Maintenance Experience preferred
- Planning Experience preferred
- Reliability Engineering Experience preferred
- Physical condition for field inspection in Pulp and paper Mills
- Communication: ability to express themselves with correctness, certainty and objectivity, transmitting security and confidence.
- Emotional stability: ability to present a calm and balanced temperament, with self-control of their actions.

• Contact patients to introduce CCM and RPM services and explain program benefits. • Guide patients through the enrollment and consent process. • Document all patient interactions and enrollment activities accurately within EMR systems. • Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and internal documentation standards. • Answer patient questions regarding care coordination services and program expectations. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to maintain smooth communication and patient transitions. • Maintain organized workflows while managing daily outreach goals and follow-up tasks. • Support positive patient experiences through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.

• Showcase beverage applications through intimate knowledge of beverage products and sell to operators. • Serve as the subject matter expert across 300+ brand SKUs and provide training and tools to advance and enable CORE Sales teams. • Demonstrates understanding of barista and bartending techniques and is knowledgeable in back and front of house operations. • Proactively identifies opportunities and uses understanding of organizational business goals to deliver results. • Work well in a cross-functional team environment, able to balance multiple and/or shifting priorities, commercial channels, and flex to provide support as called upon. • Demonstrate clear communication skills, consistent attention to detail and proactive ownership across all assigned work. • Develop relationships with key customers, serving as a Consultative resource spanning menu and item gap analysis, beverage, and operation solutions.
