Job Description

Director of Product Management, Internal AI Product Strategy & Ops

Aledade, Inc.

• Own the ongoing internal AI strategy and operating model: decide which capabilities to invest in, which to retire, and keep the model current as tools and needs change. • Set product direction for the internal knowledge/context layer and the library of reusable skills, agents, and workflows; set priorities and partner with engineering and data on delivery. • Own the standards, governance, and trust model with security, legal, and the AI Governance Committee so employees move fast within clear, safe guardrails. • Own the metrics that show whether the internal AI investment is paying off (adoption, reuse, change in how work gets done) and reset priorities each cycle. • Set the adoption strategy and the bar for what scales company-wide; deliver through L&D, an ambassador network, and department leaders.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience, including ownership of a strategic program or internal function. (Senior Director: 15+ years with prior Director-level leadership.)
  • A track record setting strategy and running operations for a company-wide capability, sustained over time, not just stood up once.
  • High fluency with modern AI tools and a clear point of view on where they are heading and what that means for an internal operating model.
  • Evidence of working across departments and partnering with governance, security, or legal to land something durable.

Benefits

  • Flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely are available for many roles
  • Health, dental and vision insurance paid up to 80% for employees, dependents and domestic partners
  • Robust time-off plan (21 days of PTO in your first year)
  • Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents
  • Six weeks paid sabbatical after six years of service
  • Educational Assistant Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program
  • 401(k) with up to 4% match
  • Stock options
  • And much more!
