Origination Fulfillment Sales Leader

Altisource

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of credit, fulfillment, and secondary market solutions • Identify, engage, and expand relationships with mortgage lenders, brokerages, and institutional investors • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor client solutions and value propositions • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Represent Lenders One at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business • Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting origination and secondary markets • Analyze pipeline performance, sales data, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategy • Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team revenue goals • Drive consultative, value-based selling aligned to client business objectives and operational efficiencies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or the equivalent of experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services, mortgage, credit, or related industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of: Credit reporting and borrower due diligence, Mortgage origination and fulfillment processes, Secondary market or loan portfolio solutions
  • Experience selling into mortgage brokers, lenders, credit unions, or institutional investors
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Experience managing or working within remote sales teams
  • Existing network within mortgage or alternative lending markets strongly preferred
