Job Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or implementation roles
- Strong experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations across teams and stakeholders
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and influencing without authority
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, pharmacy, or clinical workflows
- Advanced project/program management and problem-solving skills.
- Management consulting background (Big 4 or boutique)
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, 340B, or outpatient clinical programs
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare technology integrations
- Experience building or scaling PMO structures or implementation frameworks
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, MBA, MHA, or similar.
