Title: Senior Outpatient Therapist Department: COU - Counseling & Therapy Job Description: Work Location: New Kensington, Pennsylvania [Hybrid Environment-Clinic Based and Telehealth] Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $51,450 - $53,900 About the Role The Senior Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy services to consumers while supporting the development and effectiveness of the outpatient clinical team. This role includes delivering high-quality clinical care, assisting team members in complex or at-risk situations, and contributing to a collaborative treatment environment that ensures comprehensive, person-centered care. • Provide respiratory patient care virtually and over the phone for Vent patients for optimal outcomes. • Maintain accurate clinical records and completing virtual assessments. • Identify patient exceptions that need additional review and consultation based on criteria/compliance. • Provide ongoing education and care to the patient and/or caregivers. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to ensure extraordinary care to the patient and referral source.

• Coordinate appointments between families and therapists efficiently • Communicate with families and therapists via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and managing complex appointment changes • Maintain accurate scheduling records and update internal systems accordingly • Resolve scheduling conflicts in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner • Build and maintain positive relationships with both families and therapists • Work closely with the Scheduling Manager to ensure smooth daily operations • Follow up proactively to ensure appointments are confirmed, locked in, and completed • Deliver exceptional customer service during every single interaction
