Therapy Scheduling Coordinator – EST Working hours

• Coordinate appointments between families and therapists efficiently • Communicate with families and therapists via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and managing complex appointment changes • Maintain accurate scheduling records and update internal systems accordingly • Resolve scheduling conflicts in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner • Build and maintain positive relationships with both families and therapists • Work closely with the Scheduling Manager to ensure smooth daily operations • Follow up proactively to ensure appointments are confirmed, locked in, and completed • Deliver exceptional customer service during every single interaction
Job Requirements
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities without losing focus
