Iris Telehealth

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans • Provide short-term therapy services (12-week model) for patients of all ages • Treat a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health conditions • Deliver 45-minute intake and therapy sessions • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry, crisis services, and case management • Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. • Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI • Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Facilitate structured group therapy sessions in a virtual IOP setting (60-minute group sessions) • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans • Provide care for patients with diagnoses including OCD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including psychiatry, case management, and support staff • Document patient care and maintain appropriate clinical records

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders • Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources
