• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance guidance • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring process consistency, quality, and efficiency • Manage and optimize ATS usage, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting • Drive operational improvements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows • Serve as a point of escalation for team challenges, client needs, and process gaps • Monitor team metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions where needed • Support client account management activities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment operations with broader business goals

Job Requirements

  • Staffing agency background is non-negotiable
  • Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing a team of recruiters or recruitment coordinators
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacks
  • Strong written and spoken English with a professional, clear communication style
  • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.

This is a high-volume, high-velocity role where you’ll act as a hunter—not just a screener. You will be responsible for building a perpetual, warm pipeline by sourcing talent proactively and pulling them into our CRM to cultivate relationships.
