• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles spanning multiple business functions, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding handover. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs, and align on candidate profiles and assessment criteria. • Create accurate, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements across relevant channels. • Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networking, and creative outreach strategies. • Deliver a consistently positive and timely candidate experience at every stage of the process. • Conduct initial screening interviews and add structured feedback to our ATS (Workable). • Manage offer processes including compensation benchmarking, negotiation support, and pre-boarding communication. • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best-practice interviewing and assessment techniques. • Provide regular updates on role progress, market insights, and pipeline health. • Collaborate with the broader HR team on employer branding, talent programmes, and process improvements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Workable) throughout the recruitment process. • Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion rates. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and quality of hiring.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g. tech, commercial, operations, corporate).
  • Proficiency with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable working in data-driven recruitment workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise, and push back constructively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Role Description The Director, Planning & Strategic Sourcing is responsible for leading the procurement, planning, and category sourcing strategies for key materials, equipment, and services that are essential to renewable energy construction projects. This position is responsible for optimizing supplier partnerships, reducing costs, managing risks, and ensuring the supply chain supports MasTec Renewables’ sustainability and growth objectives. The Director-Planning and Strategic Sourcing will also be vital for leading the management of project material needs and schedule with project operations and other relative departments. This position will anticipate market capabilities, understand company goals and execute long-term negotiations to help the organization achieve pricing advantages. This position requires a strong understanding of global sourcing, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S. This position supports our business across the United States. This position will have up to 50% travel.
