Job Description

Manual QA – Salesforce Support

Spyrosoft

• Analyzing, designing, and executing functional and integration test cases • Designing and maintaining test documentation and test scenarios • Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure the highest product quality • Identifying, reporting, and tracking system defects across testing environments • Performing regression, UAT, interface, integration, functional, and exploratory testing • Participating in requirements analysis and implementation design reviews • Proposing improvements to testing processes and product quality • Contributing to the development of testing standards and best practices • Supporting release processes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Presenting tested solutions to stakeholders • Act as an advisor and support the team in building/shaping the test automation process for Salesforce (as an additional professional development opportunity)

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of professional experience
  • 2 years of experience testing Salesforce applications
  • At least 2 years of experience testing web applications
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong individual work organization
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize testing processes
  • High effectiveness in fast-changing project environments, maintaining high quality processes even under time pressure
  • Fluency in Polish language (B2 level)
