• Working closely with the fellow QA Engineers as well as Product and Development teams to build best of class software • Creating any data sets necessary for manual and automated test scenarios • Investigate, recreate, and document all error codes and defects for analysis and resolution • Writing and executing test automation scripts

• Leads global process quality oversight activities by monitoring, trending, and evaluating escalations, quality events, audit/inspection outcomes, and other quality signals to identify potential systemic process failures. • Partners with functional and operational teams to define, implement, and verify effective corrective and preventive actions through end-to-end management of global process CAPAs, supporting sustainable process improvement and inspection-ready quality governance. • Monitor, review, and trend escalations, quality events, audit and inspection findings, process deviations, and other quality signals to identify recurring themes, emerging risks, and potential systemic process failures. • Lead assessment of whether identified trends represent isolated issues, functional gaps, or broader global process weaknesses requiring formal remediation. • Own or support global process CAPAs from initiation through closure, including problem statement development, root cause evaluation, action planning, effectiveness measures, evidence review, and timely completion. • Ensure CAPA actions are appropriately scoped, achievable, inspection-defensible, and aligned with applicable controlled documents, regulatory expectations, and business process ownership. • Maintain visibility of global process CAPA status, risks, dependencies, and overdue or at-risk actions, escalating appropriately to RCQA and functional leadership. • Develop and communicate quality insights, trend summaries, and process risk information to support management review, governance forums, and prioritization of process improvement activities. • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align on process gaps, ownership, action plans, implementation timelines, and objective closure evidence. • Use data analysis and quality intelligence to recommend targeted process improvements that increase process effectiveness, reduce repeat issues, and strengthen quality oversight across RCQA and operational processes. • Act as a process quality partner to operations and enabling functions, promoting a proactive culture of escalation, issue management, root cause thinking, and sustainable corrective action. • Support preparation for audits, inspections, sponsor inquiries, and internal governance discussions by ensuring process CAPA rationale, evidence, and effectiveness documentation are clear, complete, and defensible. • Contribute to global process governance forums by providing escalation trend analysis, systemic issue insights, CAPA progress updates, and recommendations for prioritization.

• Planning test resources as part of an agile delivery team • Conduct regular 1-2-1’s with the QA team to ensure they have clear guidance and support • Supporting and investigating internal and client/3rd party queries • Ensure estimation of testing effort is captured accurately for reporting /analysis • Guidance and support for testing regular releases including risk based and prioritised testing approach • Maintain clear communications with the delivery team, management and customers on testing deliverables • Understand our current systems’ functionality and how this helps our customers be successful. • Progressively improve our QA practices to eliminate waste and develop lean processes. • Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines supporting our drive towards agile. • Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to write and develop user stories and acceptance criteria. • Participation in management of the product backlog including prioritisation with the Product Owners • Work with clients and Business Analysts to define requirements • Brainstorm with Lifecycle teams to identify the correct approach to new tasks • Ensure QA design tests, to ensure appropriate coverage • Identify and resolve errors • Produce relevant QA documentation as part of the testing lifecycle • Help our drive towards improved automation by ensuring a backlog of automation candidates are maintained • Capture QA metrics and provide analysis each release

• Analyze our requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to develop understanding of project goals. • Complete multiple test types, including functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and compatibility testing across different platforms, browsers, and devices. • Assist QA Leads in creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to support project deliverables. • Maintain clear, well-structured test documentation to support repeatability and knowledge sharing. • Identify, document, and prioritize issues discovered during testing; ensure defects are logged with reproducible steps, supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, service requests/responses), and detailed impact assessments. • Track defect lifecycle from identification through resolution, collaborating with developers and project teams to validate fixes. • Provide feedback to project managers, business analysts, and partners on test progress, results, and risks. • Support root cause analysis and help guide process improvements to prevent recurring issues. • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions as part of an Agile delivery team. • Partner with developers, UX designers, technical leads, and program managers to agree on quality expectations and testing priorities. • Provide input during requirements and design discussions to ensure testability, clarity, and agreement on acceptance criteria. • Communicate complex technical and quality-related issues for all partners. • Contribute to projects aimed at improving QA processes, efficiency, and consistency of deliverables. • Assist QA Leads and Automation Engineers in developing automated test cases and scenarios, ensuring they complement manual testing efforts. • Stay informed about latest technologies and industry best practices in QA, accessibility, and automation. • Support accessibility and compliance testing efforts aligned with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
