Sales Lead Generation

• Generate qualified residential solar leads through a combination of digital outreach, prospecting campaigns, database research, and direct cold-calling efforts. • Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to identify interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the solar sales team. • Develop and implement lead generation strategies designed to improve appointment quality while reducing acquisition costs. • Build and maintain prospect databases, ensuring accurate lead tracking, follow-up scheduling, and CRM management. • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine lead qualification criteria and optimize conversion rates from lead to appointment. • Monitor campaign performance, appointment outcomes, and lead quality metrics to continuously improve results and scalability.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development.
  • Proven success generating outbound appointments through cold calling and proactive prospecting.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, lead management systems, and sales automation tools.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple outreach campaigns, and consistently achieve appointment-setting goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accurate data management.
  • Previous experience in residential solar, renewable energy, home improvement, roofing, energy efficiency, or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience generating leads across multiple markets or states.
  • Familiarity with digital lead generation channels including email outreach, social media prospecting, online lead sourcing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building lead generation processes from the ground up rather than simply working pre-existing leads.
  • Understanding of homeowner qualification criteria, residential sales cycles, and consultative appointment setting.
  • Exposure to commercial or B2B lead generation is a plus.

Role Description The Technical Support Specialist is a key member of INNIO’s global Technical Support organization, providing high-quality technical support to customers across direct and indirect markets in the Americas. This role delivers troubleshooting support for INNIO Jenbacher’s product portfolio, supporting key accounts, channel partners, distributors, plant personnel, and field technicians. The Technical Support Specialist will manage technical issues from first customer contact through resolution, both remotely and onsite. This position will be remote and will follow a rotational work schedule based on business needs. Essential Responsibilities - Support customer-focused issue resolution for unplanned service events, managing cases from initial contact through final resolution, including field technician dispatch, briefing, debriefing, and implementation of lessons learned. - Provide first, second, and third level troubleshooting support for INNIO Jenbacher gas engines and associated systems, both remotely and onsite. - Support commissioning, start-up, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for engines and packaged accessories, including generators, low- and medium-voltage systems, gas supply, controls, and PLCs. - Coordinate with customers, distributors, and service partners to evaluate site readiness, conformity, and documentation accuracy; follow up on open action items within defined timelines. - Identify, track, and resolve technical and quality issues during commissioning, overhauls, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities. - Utilize global service tools, processes, and best practices to support resolution speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Contribute to service performance metrics and KPI reporting. - Support a collaborative, customer-centric approach across technical support and field service teams, emphasizing responsiveness, clear communication, and continuous improvement. - Participate in service events and technical forums to support knowledge sharing and strengthen customer and partner relationships. - Performs other duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
