Senior Solution Engineer

• Build strong relationships with IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Architects) and guide them through their digital transformation journey • Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes • Present our Digital Workspace technical & business value proposition at industry events • Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value • Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or a related customer-facing role
- strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management and end point security
- proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences
- experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Act as the Solution Architect for SAP FICO in private cloud implementations • Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions • Design and configure FICO processes ensuring seamless integration with other modules • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end finance solutions • Provide strategic guidance on financial transformation and cloud adoption • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for stakeholders • Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory financial standards • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities • Act as a trusted advisor for clients on SAP FICO and private cloud best practices
