• Provide telephone technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications for FAA employee and non-employee user base. • Field questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products. • Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. • Escalate complex problems to a higher level of expertise within the organization. • Effectively communicates with end-users via telephone, email and chat. • Resolves account, operating system, application, software, mobile device, desktop and network issues to restore service in a timely manner. • Ensures troubleshooting and resolutions are accomplished using industry best practices. • Collects and documents necessary information for appropriate escalation to level 2 technical teams if unable to resolve requests on first contact. • Provides support for PC Computer off-the-shelf (COTS) products and enterprise-wide customer applications. • Suggests updates to the knowledge base by creating documentation describing issues encountered, their resolutions, and works on the development of processes and documentation to improve detection and resolution of problems.

• Responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory • Engaging Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face to face discussions to promote the assigned Client product(s) • Maximizing the selling potential, and meeting/exceeding all goals and objectives • Developing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use

• Manage all faxes which includes uploading to patient database and assigning to the correct Care Team member • Place outgoing and receive inbound telephone calls as necessary and route appropriately; if able resolve patient issue without further escalation • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of protected health information; follows HIPPA security policies and procedures. • Complete data entry tasks; enter and set up new patients in database • Compile new patient packets and mail out in a timely manner • Complete clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing • Special project support as necessary • Assign follow ups to the appropriate team members • Acts as a backup to the receptionist

• Teaching duties, mentoring, or supervising students. • Facilitating required synchronous class meetings. • Delivering course content, engaging with students, and grading and providing detailed feedback on assignments. • Collaborating with faculty or staff within the social work department including timely response to department emails. • Utilizing specific technologies or tools (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Teams, OneDrive). • Attending required meetings, training, or development sessions.
