Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative – Women's Health
EVERSANA
• Responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory • Engaging Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face to face discussions to promote the assigned Client product(s) • Maximizing the selling potential, and meeting/exceeding all goals and objectives • Developing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use
Job Requirements
- BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university - focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B (business to business), OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional that has current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
- Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
- Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
- Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities
- Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
- Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested - up to 2 hour radius from headquarter city - some overnight travel may be required

• Directly supervises, manages, and oversees staff, including hiring and providing performance evaluations, salary recommendations, and individual development goals and objectives. • Oversees quality improvement activities in assigned area of the State, such as data collection, monitoring, and reporting quality improvement functions. • Leads and/or participates in key committees associated with continuous quality improvement, staff education, and/or consumer health and safety issues. • Collaborates with Directors to design and conduct reviews of select processes and/or areas of operation to measure performance on quality and compliance indicators; assimilates data from these reviews, provides recommendations for improvement and presents findings to senior management. • Develops and implements quality improvement related processes and tools such as chart audits, consumer satisfaction surveys, focused reviews, ongoing data monitoring mechanisms, etc. • Monitors compliance of After-Hours requirements, including the review of the On-Call Log for complete and appropriate responses; oversees the preparation of summary records for annual reviews; monitors and facilitates reporting of incidents per protocols. • Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities. • Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures. • Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information.
