Foreclosure Specialist

• Responsible for coordinating foreclosure activities and processes • Ensure actions are properly documented and recorded • Maintain and adhere to the foreclosure timeline • Work closely with attorneys to oversee foreclosure actions • Ensure adherence to client, state, and federal requirements • Database entry and tracking of legal documents • May prepare accurate judgment figures, payoffs, and reinstatement • Coordinate past due steps in the foreclosure process • Communicate with attorneys to update files in legal process • Responsible for special projects and reporting required by clients • Ensure accounts are properly documented with actions taken • Monitor foreclosure loans ensuring timely completion of actions
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of foreclosure law and terminology
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
- Well organized, effective time management, prioritize workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines

• Responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory • Engaging Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face to face discussions to promote the assigned Client product(s) • Maximizing the selling potential, and meeting/exceeding all goals and objectives • Developing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use
• Manage all faxes which includes uploading to patient database and assigning to the correct Care Team member • Place outgoing and receive inbound telephone calls as necessary and route appropriately; if able resolve patient issue without further escalation • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of protected health information; follows HIPPA security policies and procedures. • Complete data entry tasks; enter and set up new patients in database • Compile new patient packets and mail out in a timely manner • Complete clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing • Special project support as necessary • Assign follow ups to the appropriate team members • Acts as a backup to the receptionist
