Director, Enterprise Partners
Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology
• Define and execute the strategy for a portfolio of enterprise partners that play a material role in Clio’s market expansion • Recruit, assess, and activate high value partners that strengthen Clio’s enterprise ecosystem and global reach • Lead onboarding and readiness programs that accelerate partner enablement and position partners for scale • Educate partners on Clio’s solutions and value drivers to support joint selling, resale programs, and services alignment • Build trusted senior level relationships across partner executive, sales, and operations teams • Develop joint business plans with clear revenue targets, pipeline expectations, and go to market commitments • Understand partner needs and business drivers to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth. • Serve as the primary liaison for Enterprise Channel Accounts, coordinating with internal teams across marketing, product, sales, and customer support. • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, delivery quality, refine strategies, and drive continued success. • Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize account performance. • Work alongside our Professional & Expert Services teams to ensure that the partners resource needs are correctly forecasted • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and partner agreements. • Support business objectives by performing additional duties as needed. • Travel as needed to support partner events and meetings.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic partners in a B2B SaaS ecosystem.
- A proven track record of managing successful customer solution delivery via a channel model (albeit with support from our Professional Services team)
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective account management.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build trusted executive relationships within partner organizations.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments to support business goals.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive data informed decisions.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, Channel partnerships, and competitive positioning.
