• Define and execute an enterprise-wide strategy that aligns QSight’s Vision, Resilience, and Community platforms to measurable business outcomes. • Own the architecture, design, and quality of the OM Innovations platform (Vision, Community, and Resilience), ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions. • Lead end-to-end execution of product roadmaps and releases, driving cross-functional delivery and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements across multiple agile teams. • Serve as a technical player-coach, leading by example through hands-on involvement in architecture, design, and code reviews while setting high engineering standards. • Directly manage and coach engineering and product teams, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship, career development, and strong accountability. • Oversee teams operating across a diverse technology stack (Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, MVC, and microfrontends) to deliver integrated, cohesive platform capabilities. • Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into execution-ready plans, ensuring alignment between product vision, engineering delivery, and customer value. • Maintain accountability for platform stability and operational excellence, including production support, site reliability, and incident response. • Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering to continuously improve system availability, security, and performance. • Manage technical debt and optimize cloud architecture (e.g., GCP) to balance cost efficiency with long-term scalability and quality. • Create and maintain architecture documentation, decision records, and implementation of playbooks that drive consistency and accelerate delivery across teams. • Be hands-on when necessary to prove patterns, unblock delivery, and harden implementations—building targeted reference solutions, prototypes, and production improvements in partnership with engineering teams. • Provide expert consultation during incidents or performance events, working with the appropriate teams to accelerate diagnosis and resolution.

• Lead implementation projects from signed contract to go-live, executing scope, timelines, and deliverables • Translate complex value-based care contract requirements into technical platform configurations • Define and oversee client-specific data ingestion strategies, including secure transfer setup (SFTP), file structures, mapping approaches, and delivery cadence • Partner with engineering and actuarial teams to confirm ingestion requirements (eligibility, claims, reference files) and run initial ingestion tests • Work with client teams to ensure data is delivered in the expected format, complete, and on time; escalate gaps or issues with clear remediation paths • Run or coordinate data quality checks (missing fields, control totals, coverage periods, attribution completeness) • Translate customer requirements into structured technical specs across intake, data preparation, adjudication build, and production release • Manage project timelines and coordinate with delivery, engineering, and actuarial teams to resolve escalations • Oversee ingestion and validation of healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, CMS/ACO files, attribution/engagement data) • Collaborate with engineering to define, configure, and validate data pipeline outputs - including business rules such as deduplication, attribution, and aggregation logic - that drive Arbital’s core modules • Oversee adjudication and platform reporting setup, ensuring data and calculations align with customer contracts • Validate staging environments and outputs across Arbital’s platform modules, leading the sign-off process to confirm accuracy and readiness for launch • Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into execution and outputs into insights • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both clients and internal leadership • Provide technical guidance during customer training, walkthroughs, and early adoption • Continuously refine the implementation flow by surfacing opportunities for product improvements, process automation, and new tooling to drive scalability and efficiency

This role serves as a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical work into clear business outcomes across manufacturing and distribution operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. - PMP certification or in active pursuit. - Agile certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) preferred. - 3–5 years of exposure experience in software development, systems integration, infrastructure, or IT operations. - 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or operational environments preferred. - 4-7 years of experience managing technical projects through the full life cycle in IT, applications, infrastructure, data, or digital product environments. - Experience coordinating technical teams, managing delivery dependencies, and working with Agile and Waterfall methods, including tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. - Proven experience managing ERP, WMS, TMS, or other enterprise system implementations. - Strong collaboration, communication, facilitation, and risk management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language for business stakeholders and non-technical audiences. - Strong customer service mindset and sense of urgency to deliver results. - Ability to think strategically, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex technical and organizational problems. - Commitment to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery practices. Requirements - Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and position the PMO as a strategic partner to the organization. - Develop and manage project plans, charters, communication plans, testing plans, and implementation plans. - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality of deliverables. - Coordinate cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, security, and Support throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks including integration dependencies, system performance, data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements. - Oversee system implementations, integrations, proofs of concept, and production deployments, including post-launch monitoring, stabilization, and support. - Manage vendors, software platforms, and implementation partners delivering technical capabilities and services. - Oversee technology-focused change management to drive user adoption, training, and effective utilization of new systems and tools. - Assist with driving the adoption and maturation of Agile methodologies across the organization. - Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches based on project complexity and stakeholder needs. - Partner with the technical team to identify risk, deliverables, and outcomes. - Travel up to 5% across ACR facilities (FTE).
