• Act as the functional specialist for the SAP FI-CA module in the Utilities segment • Elicit, analyze and document business requirements • Perform configurations and parameterizations related to FI-CA • Support billing, payments and receipts, collections, and contract account management processes • Analyze and propose solutions for incidents, enhancements and change requests • Prepare functional specifications for developments and integrations • Execute unit and integration tests and support user acceptance testing with business stakeholders • Provide functional support to users and operational areas • Perform impact analysis and design solutions aligned with the client's processes • Participate in alignment meetings with technical and functional teams • Ensure delivery quality and documentation of implemented solutions

• Document loan-level activity and foreclosure efforts in MSP, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Review referral reports, identify eligible loans, and coordinate attorney submissions, including document collection. • Manage breach processes, including monitoring timelines, resolving exceptions, and generating, correcting, and validating breach letters. • Coordinate re-breach efforts, including bulk registrations and data uploads. • Review exception and foreclosure reports to ensure compliance with investor and state requirements. • Maintain knowledge of state foreclosure requirements and regulatory updates. • Oversee outsourced resources, including workload, productivity, escalations, and quality control. • Support audits, maintain accurate records, and complete required training. • Perform additional duties as assigned by Default Management.

• Develop, implement, monitor, and recalibrate statistical and machine learning models focused on credit granting and profitability. • Participate in credit decision-making processes, including recommending credit limits and payment terms. • Collaborate in drafting, analyzing, reviewing, and updating the company's credit policies, taking into account market best practices and applicable regulations. • Monitor newly implemented policies from both operational and performance perspectives, analyzing short-term indicators of new cohorts. • Conduct regular portfolio analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Work closely with the credit desk, collections, finance, and systems/IT teams to ensure consistency of policies and processes. • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders. • Serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of advanced analyses and models.

• Serve as the strategic advisor to regional sales teams on complex deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms to maximize profitability and alignment with corporate goals. • Drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to move deals from creation through approval to final closure, resolving exceptions. • Improve the regional deal management process to boost governance, and commercial velocity. • Conduct financial modeling, margin analysis, and pipeline tracking by CRM to deliver data-driven insights for negotiations and sales forecasting. • Review contract documentation to ensure total compliance with company policies, accurate revenue recognition and agreement. • Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure closed deals achieve projected financial targets, identifying variances and optimization opportunities. • Translate complex data into clear summaries and recommendations for senior leadership, while mentoring junior team members on deal desk best practices.
