Senior Credit Modeling Analyst

• Develop, implement, monitor, and recalibrate statistical and machine learning models focused on credit granting and profitability. • Participate in credit decision-making processes, including recommending credit limits and payment terms. • Collaborate in drafting, analyzing, reviewing, and updating the company's credit policies, taking into account market best practices and applicable regulations. • Monitor newly implemented policies from both operational and performance perspectives, analyzing short-term indicators of new cohorts. • Conduct regular portfolio analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Work closely with the credit desk, collections, finance, and systems/IT teams to ensure consistency of policies and processes. • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders. • Serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of advanced analyses and models.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in banks, financial institutions, payment institutions, and/or fintechs;
  • Strong experience in credit modeling;
  • Prior knowledge of credit analysis tools, statistical/computational models, and credit management platforms;
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, R, Databricks, and/or similar tools;
  • Experience working with and analyzing large volumes of data;
  • Familiarity with credit regulation and compliance.

Role Description The Workforce Management Analyst is a key member of the Business Planning & Workforce Management team, responsible for optimizing workforce performance across service and clinical operations.
