Applications Specialist
Esaote
• Provide clinical and technical support for ultrasound system demonstrations, customer evaluations, and sales initiatives across the Western U.S. territory. • Deliver on-site and remote applications training for human and veterinary customers to ensure successful system adoption and customer satisfaction. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Esaote ultrasound products, clinical workflows, and imaging applications. • Support customers by troubleshooting clinical application issues and coordinating with service teams for resolution. • Represent Esaote at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and educational events through presentations and live demonstrations. • Develop relationships with clinicians, veterinarians, and Key Opinion Leaders to support education, product awareness, and customer engagement. • Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, and development of clinical imaging content and educational materials. • Maintain current knowledge of ultrasound technology, imaging protocols, and clinical best practices while mentoring internal team members and sharing expertise across departments.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program required
- ARDMS multi-credentialed preferred (RDMS, RVT, RDCS)
- Minimum 10 years of clinical ultrasound experience
- Minimum 5 years in a commercial applications, training, or clinical support role within the medical device industry
- Experience supporting both human and veterinary imaging environments preferred
- Strong presentation and customer engagement skills required
- Advanced understanding of ultrasound physics, instrumentation, and imaging principles
- Knowledge of current clinical standards and imaging protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and system operation capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

• Conduct site visits and remote meetings with agencies to provide training on the features and operation of our AMS360 insurance agency management system. • Responsible for maintaining workflows, creating job aids, and promoting best practices. • Deliver both onsite and remote training courses for introductory and intermediate level users. • Timely and detailed responses to agency partners' support requests. • Assist in data clean-up before and after conversion. • Manage multiple projects with well-defined plans and deadlines. • Evaluate results and initiate changes to help achieve organizational objectives.
• Install, splice, terminate, and maintain overhead and underground power cables, vaults, conduits, and related equipment • Perform troubleshooting, fault locating, and repairs on distribution systems • Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment such as cable pulling rigs, fault locators, splicing kits, and test instruments • Conduct switching and grounding of high-voltage equipment in accordance with utility safety standards and work procedures • Read and interpret construction drawings, single-line diagrams, and underground cable maps • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, utility codes, and company standards • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other crew members to complete projects efficiently • Respond to emergency outages and perform restoration work in a timely manner • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and test results
