• The Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager supports the servicing and retention of Commercial accounts by providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to Account Managers and Client Advisors. • This role is detail-oriented, service-focused, and collaborative, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency or brokerage environment. • The Assistant Account Manager serves as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure policies are accurately processed, maintained, and renewed while delivering a professional and responsive client experience.

• Provides guidance and support to Commercial Account Managers. • Assign daily tasks and set expectations for team members. • Train, coach, and guide team members on performance and room for improvement. • Works closely with the Managing Director to ensure support is provided to the Commercial Account Executive. • Provides support to AM, AE or Producer in the new business and renewal business workflows. • Conducting Loss Run Analysis. • Binding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by carrier. • Review all policies, identifying and notifying AM, AE or Producer of any discrepancies.

• Provides guidance and support to the Personal Lines Team. • Assign daily tasks and set expectations for Personal Lines team members. • Train, coach, and guide team members on performance and room for improvement. • Works closely with the Managing Director to ensure support is provided to the Personal Lines team. • Provides support to Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producer's in the new business and renewal business workflows. • Client research and gathering complete underwriting information. • Conducting Loss Run Analysis. • Preparing complete and accurate submissions including applications and/or supplemental forms; sending out to market and/or performing Online Rating as required. • Binding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by carrier, Surplus Lines Association and/or King Insurance Partners. • Review all policies, identifying and notifying AM, AE or Producer of any discrepancies and ensuring that all necessary changes are submitted to and issued by the carrier. • Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, world-class service, and professional communication. • Ability and willingness to continually grow your insurance expertise, management/leadership skills, and followership skills.

• Manage a book of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance business. • Assist to ensure all new and renewal insurance policy tasks are processed accurately and within required timeframes. • Works proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals. • Provide support to AM, AE or Producer in the new business and renewal business workflows. • Conduct Loss Run Analysis. • Prepare complete and accurate submissions including Acord applications and/or supplemental forms. • Binding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by carrier. • Review all policies, identifying and notifying AM, AE or Producer of any discrepancies. • Grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy.

• Write engaging content for articles, newsletters, and marketing campaigns • Develop, schedule, and manage social media posts across multiple platforms • Assist in the creation and execution of drip email campaigns • Draft and support the production of direct mailers • Create visual and written materials for digital and print marketing • Collaborate on short-term marketing projects and campaign planning • Track basic engagement metrics to help assess content performance • Brainstorm and present creative ideas to enhance brand awareness

• Manage a book of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance business • Assist to ensure all new and renewal insurance policy tasks are processed accurately and within required timeframes by tracking policy expirations for existing clients • Works proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals • Provides support to Account Executive or Producer in the new business and renewal business workflows including but not limited to: o Client research and gathering complete underwriting information. • Conducting Loss Run Analysis. • Preparing complete and accurate submissions including Acord applications and/or supplemental forms; sending out to market and/or performing Online Rating as required. • Binding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by carrier, Surplus Lines Association and/or King Insurance Partners. • Review all policies, identifying and notifying Account Executive or Producer of any discrepancies and ensuring that all necessary changes are submitted to and issued by the carrier. • Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, world-class service, and professional communication. • Ability and willingness to continually grow your insurance expertise, management/leadership skills, and followership skills. • All other duties as assigned.
