Admissions Coordinator

Arc Partnership

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for new and returning patients, providing clear, confident communication from first point of contact with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through • Schedule qualified consultations that convert, aligned with clinic-specific performance metrics and goals • Use Salesforce and other systems to manage patient follow-ups, track activity, and maintain accurate, detailed communication records • Guide patients through registration and portal account creation, ensuring a smooth and complete onboarding experience • Coordinate provider referrals and verify insurance eligibility, including navigating patient benefits through insurance portals and clearly communicating coverage, expectations, and next steps • Educate patients on treatment options, processes, and what to expect, ensuring they feel informed and prepared • Re-engage previous patients and manage ongoing outreach to support consult volume and pipeline goals • Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless, organized patient onboarding experience • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working across multiple platforms simultaneously • Work independently in a remote environment while staying productive, responsive, and accountable to performance expectations • Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure patients are appropriately prepared and transitioned for care

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work Pacific or Mountain Standard Time hours
